Data Collection and Use

AgentCom is a client application that connects to your own backend server. The app itself does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to third-party services.

What Data Is Processed

Microphone Audio — AgentCom requires microphone access to enable voice input. Audio is processed locally on your device for speech recognition via the device's speech recognition engine. No audio recordings are stored or transmitted to external servers by the app itself.

Conversation Text — When you speak or type, the text is sent to the backend server URL you configure in the app settings. This data is transmitted over your network connection to your chosen server. AgentCom has no control over how your server handles that data — refer to your server's privacy policy.

Local Storage — AgentCom stores your conversation history and settings locally on your device using AsyncStorage. This data never leaves your device except when you explicitly send messages to your configured server.

Crash Data — Standard platform crash logs may be collected by the app stores (Google Play, Apple App Store) as per their standard policies.

No Third-Party Analytics

AgentCom does not include third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs.
